Eating my lunch at the beach is one of the best things about living in the Hamptons. The only problem is that I’m not a great cook, and I don’t have enough time to get takeout every day.

Cooking is an art but one I prefer to observe rather than to make. Say whatever you want but I’d rather eat a sandwich than make one. And while I’m being honest, I just don’t have the kitchen wizardry to turn ingredients into food. I will happily leave that to the professionals.
