Brighten Your Hump Day With These National Punch Day Recipes

Round up your friends for an impromptu Hump Day gathering because it’s time to celebrate National Punch Day (Wednesday, September 20).

Nolet’s Silver Salty Dog:

1 bottle Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin

3 pints fresh Grapefruit Juice (Juice from about 6 grapefruits)

Splash of Tonic Water

Fresh Herbs (basil, mint, rosemary, arugula or cucumber)

Salt, for garnish

Cucumber slices, for garnish

Directions: Pour all ingredients in punch bowl or pitcher and stir with ice. Serve in punch glass rimmed with salt over ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with cucumber slices.

Cruzan® LocoCoco: (Cocktail by Atlanta based mixologist, Tiffanie Barriere)

Serves 4 to 6

8 parts Cruzan® Tropical Fruit Rum

8 parts Coconut Water

2 parts Pineapple Juice

Fresh Pineapple, for garnish

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail bucket or punch bowl and stir for 30 seconds with a swizzle stick. Fill bucket with fresh ice, stir once more and garnish with fresh pineapple, four straws, and enjoy.

Pineapple Punch:

3 parts Pinnacle® Vodka

1 part JDK & Sons ™ Rogue Liqueur

1 part Pineapple Juice

Grilled Pineapple Wedge, for garnish

Cherry, for garnish

Apple Slice, for garnish

Directions: Shake with ice and pour into glass. Garnish with Grilled pineapple wedge, cherry and apple slice.
