Famed restaurateur Michael Chernow’s hotspot restaurant, Seamore’s, has opened a Montauk outpost. The restaurant will be open seasonally at the Breakers, a boutique motel built in the 1950’s that has recently been revitalized under the direction of creative hospitality brand, Knowhere. Seamore’s Montauk will highlight many of the beloved attributes from the Nolita and Chelsea locations in Manhattan.
“Seamore’s is super excited to be closer to the fish,” Chernow said. “The concept of Seamore’s was originally inspired by Montauk, and we’re looking forward to serving the hits all summer long!”

Like the New York City outposts, the Montauk eatery will showcase sustainable seafood in options like the beloved Tuna Poke with ponzu, peanuts, and avocado, Seared Fish Tacos with mole, avocado, and jalapeño mayo, Lobster Roll with crème fraiche, fennel, and lemon, and so much more!
Seamore’s Montauk will also feature a selection of brand new cocktails to compliment the tasty dishes, including a Watermelon Margarita with Viva XXXII Joven tequila, fresh watermelon, agave, and lime, as well as a Pineapple Mojito with Flor de Caña Extra Seco four-year rum, pineapple, lime, and mint. Patrons will be able to enjoy these delicious drinks inside or outside on the 30-seat patio.
