Greenwich Village’s Dante Presenting Hamptons Summer Of Spritz

From Friday, June 23 through Sunday, June 25, Highway Restaurant & Bar in East Hampton will be home to a special pop-up featuring Greenwich Village’s Dante. The Summer of Spritz pop-up will showcase exclusive signature sips that were specially curated by Dante’s team, ranging from classics highlighted on Dante’s highly acclaimed menu – like Dante’s famous Negroni – to some fun twists on the popular Aperol Spritz.

“We’re thrilled to be hosting Dante this summer where they will be bringing their award winning cocktails exclusively out East to Highway Restaurant & Bar,” shared Highway Restaurant & Bar’s GM Adam Lancashire. “We’re always striving for ways to provide unique offerings to our guests in addition to our ever-evolving menu of seasonally inspired cuisine and specialty cocktails.”

Patrons can expect the Classic Negroni (Gin, Campari, Cinzano 1757 Sweet Vermouth), Negroni Sbagliato aka ‘Mistaken’ Negroni (Cinzano Rosso, Campari, Prosecco), Negroni Frappe (Gin, Campari, Cinzano Rosso, Fresh Orange Juice), Classic Aperol Spritz (Aperol, Perrier, Prosecco), Aperitivo #1 (Milagro Blanco, Aperol, Lillet Blanc, Passionfruit, Mango, Prosecco), The Jasmine (Four Pillars Gin, Campari, Combier, Lemon), Gariblaldi (Campari and Fluffy Orange Juice), and Sgroppino Spritz (Oddfellows Aperol Spritz Sorbetto, Sparkling Rose).

The Summer of Spritz menu will be available Friday through Sunday starting at 4 p.m.
