As summer fades into that golden East End September, the pace might slow for some — but not for real estate agent Edmond Zenuni. The Southampton-based agent has been on the move, putting two properties into contract: the Iconic Commercial Opportunity at 80 Hubbard Lane in Southampton and 123 Fairview Avenue in Montauk.
With roots between Europe and the Hamptons, Edmond brings an effortlessly cosmopolitan energy to the East End, blending sophistication with deep local knowledge. With a background in high-end modeling for brands like Prada and Levi’s, as well as top-tier experience in marketing and sales, Ed brings trusted expertise, professional service, and proven results to every client. I caught up with him as the season shifts to talk about summer highlights, life in September, and why 7 Carlisle Lane in Sag Harbor just may be the ultimate year-round Hamptons home.
September in the Hamptons is its own kind of magic. What’s this time of year like for you?
It’s honestly my favorite season out here. You still have perfect beach days, but the energy shifts. It’s calmer, more local. Restaurants are easier to get into, traffic clears up, and I have the beaches all to myself. It’s the best time for real estate too, as clients decide their next move after the busy summer season — buyers, sellers, and renters alike. I’m still showing, negotiating, and getting deals done.
You had a busy summer—any highlights from the season?
It was a whirlwind, in the best way. I had amazing clients — some returning, some new — who found exactly what they were looking for. Getting 80 Hubbard and 20 Deer Trail Road into contract was a big win. Both offer great energy, tremendous upside, and smart buyers who acted quickly. That’s the beauty of summer in the Hamptons: things move fast when the property feels right.
How does your previous work as a professional model affect your outlook as a real estate agent?
It’s all about presentation and storytelling — it comes down to how something makes you feel. I view properties the way brands see a great product: memorable, valuable, and tailored. My experience working with clients of all sectors — sellers, homebuyers, renters, and investors — has fine-tuned my skills, and I am beyond thankful for the trust my community gives me.
What makes 7 Carlisle Lane in Sag Harbor such a special property?
It’s a smart, stylish year-round home — but much more than that. Set on a quiet street in Sag Harbor, it has all the right bones: a great open layout, beautiful finishes, and expansive interior and exterior living spaces. What I love most is how comfortable it feels — understated and luxurious. Located just outside the village streets of Sag Harbor, you get that mix of village living, privacy, and true Hamptons lifestyle. It’s one of those homes that works just as well in February as it does in July. I’m grateful for my client’s unwavering trust and determination. After a competitive summer season, I am excited to see the lucky buyer who purchases this amazing opportunity.
Outside of real estate, how do you spend your time?
Growing up on the South Shore and now calling the Hamptons home, I’ve developed a genuine love for year-round living across the East End, from Westhampton to Montauk. Real estate keeps me on the move, but music and sports are where I recharge. It’s the same balance of focus and creativity that drives my work, passion, and life out here.
Any great recommendations?
This summer brought a wave of new restaurant openings across the Hamptons, and a few quickly became my new go-to spots. In Hampton Bays, Amalfi Coastal Kitchen won me over with unforgettable sunset views and an effortlessly chic vibe. Over in Montauk, Mary Lou’s stands out with its unique blend of late-night Italian flavors and beachside live entertainment. When I need a midday recharge, Sagtown Coffee is the perfect spot to reset and refuel. Outside of new outings, I enjoyed my all-time favorite, Dopo Argento in Southampton to meet with clients and friends, and Le Bilboquet Sag Harbor for its classic French charm and stunning views of the marina all season long. I’m looking forward to a strong end to the year and to what next summer will bring to the Hamptons. If you are looking to buy, sell, or rent, feel free to reach out and we can discuss further!
