Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) will host a show from Oak & Ash during the Ilegal Mezcal Music Series on Thursday at 7 p.m. On Friday, toast to Matt Schwartz (a.k.a. She Hit Pause Studios), who is the MBH’s August artist in residence. From 6 to 9 p.m., enjoy works by Schwartz as well as a live performance from Vacationers. Tasting Table is hosting a private invite-only pool party on Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m. Wrap up the weekend with some homemade paella and beats by DJ Japancakes on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.

Local celebrity singer Samantha Cole will host a variety show on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Manna (670 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, 631-726-4444). Cole, who is a voice coach that mentors rising stars, will highlight five to six of her top students.
