Inside Rebecca Minkoff x RummiKlubLA’s Stylish Hamptons Launch for Their Limited-Edition Collaboration

Last week, Rebecca Minkoff, alongside RummiKlubLA founders Laura Galvan and Marnie Wekselblatt, celebrated the launch of their first collaboration, a limited-edition blue terrycloth RummiKlubLA game set, with a Hamptons-style game day at the picturesque Maidstone Inn in East Hampton.

“My mother-in-law introduced me to Rummikub a couple of years ago. I became obsessed. And then I met Laura at a female founder collective event. And when she said she was the co-founder of RummiKlubLA, I was like, hold on. I’m going to stalk you about a collab. And then I met Marnie, and it was born,” shared Rebecca Minkoff.

The exclusive, invite-only event brought together tastemakers, creators, editors, and friends of the brands, including Stephanie Gottlieb, Michelle Grant, Jenne Lombardo, Cyndi Ramirez, Lindsey Metselaar, and Danielle O’Connell. Drinks flowed throughout the afternoon as guests enjoyed Jolene Coffee, Gorgie energy drinks, refreshing mocktails, Astral Tequila cocktails, and light bites.

“Well, I think that the best part about it is that Rebecca is the founder of the female collective, and that’s kind of a similar ethos to why we started RummiKlub, which is to bring a bunch of people together, bring a bunch of like-minded people together to connect, network, form friendships. It felt like a really organic partnership. Marnie and I started this business a year ago, and to have a collaboration with Rebecca is so exciting for us,” said Laura Galvan, co-founder of RummiKlubLA.

Marnie Wekselblatt, co-founder of RummiKlubLA, shared, “RummiKlub’s logo is blue, and it’s summertime, and we wanted to do something really fun for summer. Laura and I are both from New York, and my family has a place in the Hamptons. So, it was so fun to do something for summer, especially when you think of summertime—the pool, the ocean, and time spent with family and friends. We wanted something that people could bring to the beach to play with friends, play with family, and take it wherever they go this summer, even to Europe.”
