
Whether you receive Dria Murphy’s iconic newsletters or catch her segments on the Today show, she is “the” wellness curator. Dria welcomed founders, editors, creatives, and premium members of the by dria community for a day of connection, movement, beauty, and wellness at the Shou Sugi Ban House in Watermill.

“Connecting a community of like-minded women who want to take a moment of self-care,” said Murphy in her opening remarks.

The morning kicked off with a mat Pilates class led by founder Matt of ETHĒA, followed by delicious signature breakfast bites by Shou Sugi Ban House Executive Chef Patrick O’Grady.

Every detail was hand-selected by Murphy herself, from microplastic-free water by WaterOuai to Each and Every’s non-toxic candles to a masking bar, by Emmy-nominated hair designer Sarag Hindgaul, dedicated to summer hair care.
