Adriana went all the way in her bag for the latest pop-up. “Pop-up” seems too flippant – let’s say residency because it is called Chez, after all. Nothing about Adriana is by accident. But that isn’t to say she isn’t spontaneous.
I’m speaking from the heart here when I say Adriana is the real thing – everything you would hope a designer, curator, and artist is. Committed, curious, inspired and we’re lucky she brings so much to Southampton in the Summer.
Since visiting Chez Adriana Castro, an immersive high-fashion Hamptons residency at Capri Southampton, I’ve declared the brand activation era officially deactivated. The amount of effort, detail, and storytelling woven into Adriana’s latest residency in the Hamptons is obvious. Other brands take notes: it’s 2026 – your Hamptons summer installation should feel like this.
As anyone familiar with Adriana Castro’s design efforts knows, the residency is warm, approachable, and collected rather than commercial.
Castro’s belief that home is less about a physical address and more about the feeling carried from place to place….carried like a handmade La Cesta Leather bag.

Chez, Not a Pop-Up
Chez Adriana Castro brings fashion, interiors, craftsmanship, and hospitality together under one very thoughtfully designed roof. Created with interior designer Bea Pernía of Bea Interiors Design, the space feels collected, personal, and genuinely lived-in –the natural setting for a designer who has always believed that craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and meaningful objects create the feeling of home.
What You’ll Find at Chez Adriana Castro
Adriana Castro’s handcrafted handbags and accessories are joined by pieces from her home collection and a tightly edited assortment of brands she personally selected. The residency will also host trunk shows, intimate gatherings, and special events throughout the summer, bringing designers, founders, artists, writers, friends, and members of the Hamptons community into the mix.
A New Chapter for Capri Southampton
Chez Adriana Castro is part of a larger evolution underway at the newly renovated Capri Southampton. In partnership with hotelier Mayank Dwivedi, the property is leaning into the idea that a great hotel can also be a gathering place where fashion, design, culture, and hospitality share a table, preferably somewhere near the pool.
