“During select Sundays this fall, The Watermill Center invites the community to join us for our inaugural International Brunch Series,” shared Erin Wainwright, Development Associate at The Watermill Center. “An intimate experience taking place in Watermill’s dining room and on terraces throughout our grounds, each meal will offer an artful experience.”
The Watermill Center’s International Brunch Series, which debuted in late September, will continue on Sunday, November 8th and culminate on Sunday, November 15th. The series, in collaboration with the Topping Rose House, offers the East End community the chance to nosh on a uniquely curated meal that is inspired by Artists-in-Residence at the Center.
“In partnership with Bridgehampton’s Topping Rose House, each menu reflects the culture of Watermill’s international roster of artists-in-residence as well as the local food culture of Long Island’s East End,” noted Wainwright.
Each dish showcases produce from Topping Rose House’s farm and other local farms, and sustainably-sourced, organic, and seasonal ingredients. The 2015 Fall Artists-in-Residence roster includes Oliver Beer of the United Kingdom; Cirkus Cirkör of Sweden; Manuela Infante with Teatro de Chile; and Amy Khoshbin of the United States.
