“It’s great when a community gets together for a good cause and gives back,” shared Petit Maison Chic founder Lana Winters-Tomczak.
On Thursday, August 27th, Petit Maison Chic, the premier e-commerce site for luxury children’s wear, celebrated its launch during a charity fashion show benefiting Beyond Type 1, an organization dedicated to bringing understanding and support for those living with type 1 diabetes.
Guests including Beyond Type 1 co-founder Sam Talbot, “Blue Bloods” actress Jennifer Esposito, magician David Blaine, Petit Maison Chic founder Lana Winters-Tomczak, and more gathered at a private residence in Bridgehampton for an afternoon of fashion, fun, and awareness.

Just in time for back to school, Petit Maison Chic showcased the latest Fall 2015 styles from designer brands including Armani, Eleven Paris, Fendi, Marni Children, Scotch & Soda, Sonya Rykiel, Stella McCartney and Young Versace during the show.
“It’s basically the brands that I’ve been buying for my kids since they were born,” explained Winters-Tomczak about Petit Maison Chic. “There’s something for everyone in each of those brands.”
The event also shined a light on the important work of Beyond Type 1. As some of the models walked the runway, they carried posters with facts about diabetes. “I even learned a couple of things I didn’t know,” said Winters-Tomczak. “I think it’s great to be a part of something like that. If you can use fashion, and put those two things together, entertain guests with the fashion show, and they’ll keep in mind why they’re really there, it was just a really good opportunity for both.”
