The East End is alive with live music this weekend.
Ilegal Music Series at The Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk, 631-483-5037, thesurflodge.com) on Thursday, June 4th will feature Oh, Cassius!. The Surf Lodge Summer Music Series continues with Corbu on Saturday, and a special benefit concert featuring The Flaming Lips on Sunday. Tickets are $100 and proceeds benefit the Montauk Playhouse. Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) is starting the weekend with Antigone Rising on Thursday at 8 p.m. On Friday, catch Glenn David Andrews at 8 p.m. and Rubix Kube at 10:30 p.m. Saturday begins with Marc Broussard at 7 p.m., followed by The Tangiers Blues Band at 9 p.m. and Hello Brooklyn at 10:30 p.m. Reggae Night with Inner Roots returns to the Talkhouse on Sunday at 10 p.m. Open Mic Night makes Monday a must-attend. Tuesday it’s Industry Night with a live band and DJ, starting at 10 p.m. Make it an interesting hump day by stopping by Karaoke at 10 p.m. on Wednesday.

East End reggae favorites Winston Irie and the Selective Security Band are back at The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East (90 Second House Road, Montauk, 631-668-2105, www.soleeast.com) on Thursday, starting at 9 p.m. On Friday, enjoy a set from DJ Faze, starting at 10 p.m. Once again, Saturday will feature a poolside set by DJ Faze from 1 to 6 p.m. and he’ll return at 10 p.m. Sunday showcases music by Ludmilla and Marcello during a Jazz and Bosso Nova Brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) team is hosting a welcome committee gathering, open to all, on Friday at the outside bar from 5 to 7 p.m. Also on Friday night, Poolside Collective, in partnership with Red’s Outfitters and Vianel, is hosting a poolside launch party from 6 to 10 p.m. If it’s chilly out, warm up by the fire pits with DJ Adam Lipson. Saturday at the MBH features DJ Adam Lipson from 1 to 3 p.m. and then their resident DJ Oli Benz from 3 to 5 p.m. Stop by Sunday for some afternoon funky beats from DJ Kieren Taylor.

The debut will feature the inaugural weekly-ticketed BBQ, which is open to guests and locals alike. Help Your Vets during a VFW Fundraiser at Boardy Barn (270 West Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, 631-728-9733, www.boardybarn.com) on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. The evening will include live music from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s by Under the Influence, a deluxe seafood and carving board buffet, major raffles and “so-called” Chinese auction, and numerous door prizes. Tickets are $65. The Barn will also be open during their normal hours on Sunday, from 3 to 8 p.m.
