“All My Children” star Susan Lucci has put her Hamptons home on the marketplace for the first time since purchasing the 1.4 acre piece of land in Quogue and building the exquisite estate during the 1980s. The asking price is $19,995,000.
The actress, who is currently starring in “Deadly Affairs” and “Devious Maids,” has cherished this oceanfront paradise along with her husband Helmut Huber since its construction by famous Hamptons architect Eugene Futterman.
“When we were building, I had some special requests,” Huber told People magazine last year. “When you walk in the door, I wanted to be able to see the ocean immediately.”
The two-story shingled home, nicknamed “Four Winds,” is a 10,622 square-foot mansion with a beautiful 160 feet of beachfront property. The residence includes seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms along with a two-story library designed to resemble a lighthouse tower, an office and gym with a vaulted ceiling, a master bedroom with a steam shower and plenty of private decks and balconies.
Douglas Elliman real estate broker Enzo Morabito is the listing agent for the property.
