We hear that Jay-Z and Beyoncé, fresh off their steamy Grammy Awards performance, are looking for a permanent Hamptons oasis. Blue Ivy’s parents reportedly took a tour of 466 Further Lane in East Hampton, listed with leading Hamptons luxury home pro Susan Breitenbach at The Corcoran Group.

Mr. and Mrs. Carter are quite familiar with the area. As Hamptons.com reported last summer they rented “Sandlecastle,” an 11-acre property located on Halsey Lane in Bridgehampton for a rumored $400,000. And that price was just for the month of August! The 6,500 square feet, two-story Further Lane mansion the couple is eyeing has four bedrooms, private guest quarters, 5½-bathrooms, and a heated pool. The spacious East Hampton property is located on over 2 acres. Maybe Beyoncé will record her sixth album here with Hamptons real estate owners Madonna, Chris Martin, and Jon Bon Jovi – that could make an interesting collaboration we’d love to hear.
