Hamptons Business Donating To Local Fire Departments

Revco Lighting + Electrical Supply is donating $1 to East End fire departments for every smoke detector purchased during the month of October. The campaign is in honor of National Fire Prevention Week, October 6 through 12, 2013.

“Revco is proud to do its part to support our local fire departments and endorse fire safety in our own communities,” said Revco Vice President Michael Velys Sr.

The Southampton, East Hampton, Riverhead and Southold fire departments will benefit from the donations.

Monthly, Revco typically sells around 1,200 smoke detectors. The company also offers a variety of fire safety products, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors, at all four Revco locations.
