To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Almond Restaurant, the Bridgehampton contemporary French bistro – which also has outposts in Manhattan and Palm Beach – will introduce a trio of monthly subscription boxes. “Almond at Home” will feature Wine List, Pantry Share and The Dinner box options.
“For 20 years we’ve been inviting folks into our home,” Chef and Co-Owner Jason Weiner noted. “This is a fun way for our awesome people to get Almond in their homes.”
The monthly subscription boxes will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients, wines hand-picked by Co-Owner Eric Lemonides, or innovative creations from Chef Weiner’s kitchen and pantry.
The Wine List box will encompass one, three, or five bottles of vino – either standard or premium selections – directly from the Almond wine cellar. It will also include a special treat from the Almond kitchen or pantry to accompany the sips.
The Pantry Share features a variety of Chef Jason’s unique, delicious products – such as house-made kimchi, smoked sriracha, bulgogi, sauce house-cured olives, smoked nuts, and other standout items. Wine can be added to the box for an additional fee.
For those looking to truly bring Almond into their home, the Dinner Box includes meals straight from the Almond kitchen. The box includes entrees for two or four that are inspired by seasonal, local ingredients. A finishing touch or two may be needed before serving the meal.
Boxes must be picked up at Almond Restaurant. Subscriptions range from $35 to $250.
Almond Restaurant is located at 1 Ocean Road in Bridgehampton. For more information, visit table22.com.
