Parisain Luxury Swimwear Brand Eres Opens New Boutique In Southampton

Eres – a Parisian luxury swimwear and lingerie boutique – is opening a second location in the Hamptons. The newest Eres boutique is located at 14 Jobs Lane in Southampton, NY. This boutique is the fifth location within the United States. The store will remain open until Labor Day and will reopen each season going forward.

Eres’ swimwear collection makes up 80 percent of the store’s inventory and is known for being trendsetting and daring. The brand has been in the swimwear industry for nearly 50 years. Creative Director Marie-Paule Minchelli’s Spring and Summer 2020 collection includes timeless core styles in addition to luxurious fabrics, vibrant warm hues and patterns reminiscent of the 1970s.

A new venture at Eres is the launch of lingerie and activewear in January of 2019. The Eres lingerie collections consist of simple and elegant designs styled with their brand’s philosophy in mind — the Art of the Body, forever improving and mastering cuts that respect the body’s architecture and enhance its contours. All Eres products made from its iconic Peau Douce or exclusive lace are designed to fit all body types.

Featuring a new conceptual design based off of the movement and texture of the Mediterranean, the new location presents an updated aesthetic for Eres. Modern in detail, the space features deep blues, pale greys and light yellows and incorporates natural materials such as marble, wood and textured marmorino walls. Additional accents such as white parquet floors nod to the classic seaside aesthetic Southampton is known for.

“Marie-Paule Minchelli’s collections are changing and incorporating more ready-to-wear pieces that complement our clients’ closets,” said Paolo Pederzoli, Eres Visual Merchandiser Manager. “To welcome these collections and give them fair visibility, it was necessary to reinvent the exposure on the selling floor: we created new racks inspired by curves and lines of the Eres logo, light and almost invisible but above all high, to offer better visibility of our incredible collections.”

In addition to the brand’s five boutiques in the United States, Eres is also available through global retailers such as Farfetch, Matches Fashion, Net-A-Porter and The Webster.
