Presented by Long Island University, Americana Manhasset, and Poll Restaurants, the first annual “Celebrate Long Island” An Evening at Merriweather stayed true to the area’s roots on the illustrious Gold Coast of Long Island. The grand celebration included exclusive lounges, decadent cocktails, luxurious fare, dancing, live music, and special guests. The evening took place at the landmark estate of Marjorie Merriweather Post and E.F. Hutton (now LIU Post).
