Over 500 people gathered at the Sagaponack estate of William and Julie Macklowe to raise $1 million during the third annual VH1 Save the Music Foundation Hamptons Live fundraiser. It was a smashing success with great weather, great people and great music. The mission of this nonprofit is to restore music programs in public schools across the United States while raising the awareness of the importance of music to a basic education.
