Join us for an elevated morning movement experience with SCULPT by Emily Tyson™ at The HUB in Bridgehampton on Friday, July 3rd at 9:30 AM. SCULPT blends dance, Pilates, yoga, and light weights into a musically driven full-body workout designed to tone, energize, and create a meditative flow through intentional movement. Tickets are $50 and include a curated goodie bag, with mats and beverages provided by Gorgie Energy Drinks. Guests can also enjoy complimentary on-site Glacē Glow facials available post-class. Hosted at The HUB Hamptons, 2183 Montauk Hwy, Bridgehampton, NY 11932.
