Project Most held their annual “Empty Bowls” event on March 8th at the American Legion in Amagansett, featuring delicious soups crafted by local chefs. The community lined up to support a great cause, prompting the chefs to run out of soup quickly, and raised $8,500 for Project Most’s vital programs for children and families.

The beloved event featured soups prepared by chefs from local restaurants, including: Almond, Carissa’s Breads, EH High School, Fresno, One Stop, Sen, Townline BBQ, 1770 House, Bell & Anchor, Hayground School, La Fondita, Rosie’s, Springs Tavern, and Baked Goods by Chad Crills.

“Empty Bowls is a grassroots event that brings our community together each year. It is such a success because it happens with the support of amazing local chefs and restaurants, local businesses that sponsor the event, local musicians and volunteers (many of whom are from our high school), and local families. Everyone leaves happy and well-fed!” said Rebecca Morgan, Executive Director at Project Most.
