Join us for celebratory four-course dining experience paired with live music by Vito Genna and the passion of flamenco dancing by Juana Cala. A dinner celebrating paella, a dish that has long been central to Spanish cooking and culture.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course menu. Beginning with a plated salad to start, followed by three family-style tapas, a choice of two authentic paellas, and a sweet dessert finish. Each course highlights classic Spanish flavors with a celebratory spirit.

For this special evening, our R.AIRE signature wine collection will be featured at special bottle pricing, thoughtfully selected to complement the celebration!

Dinner service runs from 5:00–9:30pm. Live music and flamenco dancing will take place from 5:30–8:00pm.
