Hamptons-Based Inn Joins Select Registry

Select Registry, a diverse group of independent, boutique properties, has announced that White Fences Inn, a recently renovated luxury inn in Water Mill, is among its newest members.

“We are delighted to welcome White Fences Inn and its owners, Eric and Liz Brodar, to Select Registry,” said Select Registry CEO Mark Jaronski.

Before opening the White Fences Inn in July 2015, the Brodars ran the Inn at English Meadows in Kennebunk, Maine. The couple spent three months bringing White Fences Inn, which was originally built in 1740, up to tiptop shape. Renovations included increasing the number of guest rooms, as well as adding luxurious specialty details like heated floors, IOS volcanic soaking tubs, gas fireplaces, Frette and Matouk linens, Malin and Goetz toiletries and custom furnishings.

“The property’s five rooms offer guests a really luxurious, yet peaceful getaway,” noted Jaronski.

The eco-friendly Hamptons retreat also offers a recharging station for guests with electric cars.

Liz’s three-course gourmet breakfast is an unmissable Inn feature. She alters the menu daily, depending on what’s available locally.
