Whether you’re sober-curious, taking a break, or looking for something hydrating with a twist– there’s no shortage of mocktail menus in the Hamptons. We’re officially 65 days away from Memorial Day, and I don’t know about you, but I think that calls for a celebration! Let’s break down some of the best spots to curb your mocktail cravings in the Hamptons.
Mocktails from Montauk sound like a good place to start. At Scarpetta Beach, Gurney’s Resort and Spa’s in-house Italian restaurant, they have a drink called The No-Groni, which they call “summer on the rocks.” I’ll take one, please! The No-Groni serves as a sparkling and zesty orange-flavored spritzer alternative to the– you guessed it– classic Negroni.
Sel Rose offers two refreshing options to pair with their delicious raw bar and dinner menu. What would you choose, the Cucumber Paloma or the Lemon Ginger Drop? I just might have to try one of each, please! The Lemon Ginger Drop takes a stab at dressing up the classic taste of ginger beer. On the other hand, I have a feeling the Cucumber Paloma will make you feel like you’re just leaving the spa.
When you make your way west, you can’t miss East Hampton favorite Nick & Toni’s. Their mocktail menu is full of SeedLip potions and creations. SeedLip is one of the largest non-alcoholic distilled spirits brands in the world. By using SeedLip, Nick & Toni’s mocktail menu gives you the taste of drinking a cocktail without the buzz of a cocktail or the sugar rush that’s common in other mocktail recipes.
Coche Comedor in Amagansett offers its own mocktail menu where all spirit-free drinks pair well with their crowd-favorite Mexican-inspired food. I can’t wait to try their Prickly Pear Limeade and, of course, finish off my meal with a classic Horchata.
Moving on to The Bell & Anchor, which overlooks Mill Creek and sits just short of the Sag Harbor Village, you’ll find their specialty-crafted mocktail menu to curb all your cravings. On top of their own creations, they also serve Wolffer Petite Rose, Wolffer’s line of non-alcoholic sparkling rose. Wolffer’s other non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased online or at their wine stand in Sagaponack.
To round out our mocktail menu lineup, I’ll leave you with a pro tip. Rumba and Cowfish’s signature, mouth-watering Rum-Punches are pretty much just as good without the Rum. The secret being? They make their punch in-house. I wonder what secret ingredients they use to keep us hooked.
Meet you out east this Memorial Day Weekend!
