"After viewing her latest work, I was awakened by her process - she paints in contradiction to her personal language of emotions - whether knowingly or not," said Kathy Zeiger.
"We are constantly asked by many of the East End's non-profits to host their events or in this case, to provide a little entertainment for our youth during the cold winter months," noted Tracy Mitchell.
"As a multidisciplinary artist working in music, performance, drawings, paintings, and film, Anderson has a special gift for interweaving narratives that span from the universal to the deeply personal," explained Andrea Grover.
"Artists who work and live on the East End will light up the dark days of winter," said curator Arlene Bujese.
Season 2 of Showtime's "The Affair" has concluded, and once again, it has left viewers with as many unanswered questions as answered.
"People just love coming out each weekend and rockin' out with Nancy and her guests and her concerts sold out last winter just about every night," said Gary Hygom.
"The almost painterly pastel colors and soft motion gives one a calming feeling of peace that pulls the viewer in," noted Tulla Booth.
We're all familiar with "Frosty the Snowman," but did you know that one of his creators is from the East End?
"The program — a fusion of disciplines including music, dance, theatre, and the visual arts — places the participants and audience right inside the creative process," said Andrea Cote.
Set in an orphanage, Mixed Nuts 2015 will combine the best of two theater treasures.
