This August, escape the sweltering summer heat by watching a screening of the best current release art house, foreign, independent, and documentary films during the World Cinema series.
"Last summer, the Bay Street Shakespeare Initiative's outdoor reading of 'The Tempest' was one of the highlights of our season," said Scott Schwartz.
"I look forward to joining forces on this very special evening with Greg Ammon, the Rhythm Club, and Swing! Committee to celebrate the release of Live in Cuba in Bridgehampton," said Valentino D. Carlotti.
The musician is coming to WHBPAC on the heels of his highly anticipated new album.
Hamptons International Film Festival and Southampton Arts Center's Friday night outdoor screenings will continue through August with a John Hughes favorite and back-to-back-to-back-to-back Steven Spielberg classics.
"In curating Susan's work, I wanted to show the breadth of the subject matter Susan has covered, and of course to include the years that she photographed John and Yoko — the Lennon years," said Deirdre Brennan.
"Anna Walinska's art was always driven by her desire to explore and express," said Rosina Walinska.
"It's been a long time since I've been out East and I can't wait to reconnect with everyone," shared Garland Jeffreys.
"With a fantastic line-up of nearly 100 participating authors, this year's Authors Night promises to be another record-breaking success for the East Hampton Library," said Sheila Rogers.
