"She is one of the most dynamic, incredible people that you can watch. It was a privilege," Pike said about Marie Colvin, who she portrays in A Private War.
"In the Radiance Project, the mandala, a symbol of unity, acts as a metaphor for all these distinct individuals weaving together to make a whole," said Andrea Cote. "It is from this place that new relationships are grown."
"The chance to bring Stephen Crane's story to life on the stage in a NY premiere was something I couldn't pass up," Grice told us.
"We have a lot to solve on this planet so let's focus on what's here," reflected Emilio Estevez, director of the recently released film The Public.
"The inspiration for the exhibition," said Chief Curator Richard Barons, "was that the East Hampton Historical Society is in possession of an extensive collection of period garments, but has never had an exhibit that focuses on our vast costume holdings; we sought to rectify this omission with a summer exhibition."
"We do the great sixties songs note for note, with the guitars and amps of the era along with our multi-media and light show," Mr. O'Keefe noted.
"I love doing anything that comes from a real place," Carter told us about her latest role, which she will star alongside Allison Janney and Hugh Jackman in.
"What my work all has in common is the same theme - it's all stories about cultures that could be gone in a generation," Dweck told us.
"Only a miracle leads to a happy ending and this is a happy ending," Dauman said about surviving World War II.
"How one views oneself is always fascinating; the exploration as seen through the eyes of these artists, even more so," Joi Jackson Perle noted.
