"We are in communication with grocery stores and there is no shortage of food, so be responsible, follow the rules imposed on all us and stay at home if possible," Hilton Crosby relayed.

"We are thrilled to be offering our online classes to the community," Rebecca Morgan Taylor reflected. "It not only is keeping us connected to our students and families yet also providing some work to our enrichment staff."

"We want families know that the Museum is here for them so we created CMEE @ Home," Liz Bard, the Museum's Director of Education, explained.

Over the years I have had the pleasure of knowing many Hamptons summer homeowners.

"As cases of coronavirus are not expected to peak for several more weeks, I urge everyone to remain calm and cautious," East Hampton Town Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc advised.

"East End Cares (EEC) is mobilizing to assist during this uncertain time," Melissa Berman of East End Cares shared. "We are looking at the best way to serve and facilitate the good will of our amazing volunteer community."

Less than a week after the Town of East Hampton declared a State of Emergency, Southampton Town has followed suit.

"There is a new way of living today because of this - it's the new normal right now, and I just hope life will return to what is was, but for the time being sacrifices and changes in our lives must be addressed," Robert Anthony told Hamptons.com.
