"As a resident of Southampton, opening Jue Lan Club in the Hamptons was always part of my vision for the brand and the former Savanah space is perfect for the outpost," explained Stratis Morfogen.
Slowly the summer season of 2016 is rolling in like the waves on the Montauk ocean beaches.

"This event is enthusiastically supported by the community," noted Darlene Salatto Rose.
"We're just humbled that we've stuck around this long," shared Jason Weiner. "We started with a simple premise: Be Nice to People. I guess people like that."
It may seem early to start thinking about where you'll be dining this summer, but as the season nears, the East End restaurant scene always gets a good shakeup.
If you want to switch it up this year and shy away from your normal pint, mix up one of these spiked cocktails.
"Susan will demonstrate the simple preparation of Cardamom Currant Sunflower Cheese while discussing the nutrition involved in this delicious dish," said Maude Muto.
If you're eating out at an East End eatery and you order more than just an entree, the cost of your check can quickly add up.
"Long before the East End of Long Island became a place where folks came to honk their horns, it was a place with a multigenerational farming and fishing history," explained Jason Weiner.
