Unit Sales of single family residences increased in the towns of Southampton, Southold, and East Hampton.

Located near Grey Gardens, 64 West End Avenue in East Hampton was the most expensive transfer.

"It's a fantastic village location and an easy stroll to town or bike to the beach," noted Aaron Curti of Douglas Elliman.

While no one can predict the future, market strategists and analysts are suggesting that we could see some additional market volatility in the months ahead.
