"Mick and other Stones would sometimes be wandering in and out of The Shagwong or Foxies across the street, always fun to watch," recalled PJ Delia. "There were horse events, in which Christie Brinkley would participate in things like barrel racing and Keith (Richards) may be watching from the fence."

"I always tell the buyer, don't think in terms of what others may be willing to offer for the property," said Robert Nelson.
"The idea of the Town to be in an ownership position and perform a property management role makes me very uncomfortable," said Russell.
Originally built for Dr. John Gardiner in 1891, the private oasis has been renovated to showcase its original glory.
Located along Actors Colony Road, the Hamptons oasis was built in 1902.
"I get to see so many types of design, no matter where I go," said Venus Williams. "It just sparks your process."
