Just as we all nearly forgot about that time the Kardashians "took the Hamptons," it seems as though another Kardashian might be ready to call the East End home.

There are many court decisions that illustrate the points made in this case, but the fact that it happened in the Hamptons real estate market gives it special significance.

The Clintons, as in Hillary and Bill, have adopted the Hamptons as their summer home for the last 16 years.

"By bringing tenants into the center that have a lifestyle, health, or wellness edge, we are catering to the community and providing a one-stop destination where residents and visitors can shop, workout, and be pampered," said Richard Birdoff.

"The good news is that buyers continue to look and the end of summer/early fall is typically a strong selling season," said John Gicking.

More than 50 years ago, the federal government established programs designed to help Americans afford health care services, called Medicare and Medicaid.

The top real estate transaction was the sale of Westhampton Care Inc. for $18,000,000.

"In the bays, we found such high levels of bacteria directly related to sewage, parts of 65 beaches on the East End were closed last year to shell fishing," lamented Edwina Von Gal.

The case in point has resulted in an apparent disagreement between the Appellate Division of the Suffolk County Supreme Court and the Department of State.
