"Historical preservation is our mandate, and today historical preservation not only preserves the stories of people who worked and lived in these buildings, but it also helps save our environment by restoring a property as opposed to tearing it down and building new - we are preserving our natural environment as well," noted Tom Edmonds.
"We provide services for 3,500 children and adults with a variety of disabilities," said Nancy Rao.
Three properties located near Southampton Village were scooped up for over $8,000,000, respectively.
"It is a time when more properties become available and when buyers are most active," said Dee Kerrigan Perfido.
"This area holds some of the most precious real estate in the world due to a number of factors," explained the real estate pros.

"We are a real estate based economy driven by our proximity to Wall Street, but we can't just be a second-home community," said Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr.
Each summer season in the Hamptons, the overall landscape changes just a little bit.

"They will want to know where the money is going," said Assemblyman Thiele. "They're not going to sign a blank check to spend on water quality."
