"When one gives, it's unbelievable how much you receive back," Wasserman said.
"This year, we consider the work and life of The Watermill Center, rather than individual artists, in retrospective," reflected Ivan Cheng.
You can celebrate St. Patrick's Day (really, really early) and Shark Week all in one weekend.
"There's no reason why we can't have clean water out here," Dr. Chad Nelsen told Hamptons.com.
"It supports the educational programs, general operating fund, collections and archives," Elizabeth Lones said.
It's summertime in the Hamptons and the celebs are ready to celebrate.
"All the money we raise tonight will go to answer the question, why is cancer a disease of aging?" Samuel Waxman shared.
"LongHouse Celebrates Brooklyn is all about art, artists and artisanal approaches to everything from the food to the fragrance," noted Dianne Benson.
"What art has given me is not just a hobby: it's a passion. And I get to live with it," honoree Chad Leat told us.
"The evening is a celebration of what the Shelter has accomplished this past year, the animals saved, the successful placements of shelter pets in wonderful forever homes, new programs like the Shelter's humane education programs and new opportunities for shelter dogs," reflected Katie McEntee.
