Independence Day falls on a Wednesday this year, which means you have two weekends to celebrate the Fourth of July.

A soiree for a beauty brand co-founded by Naomi Watts brought out quite a few notable names.

Held at Southampton Arts Center, this year's soiree brought out 400 guests in support of the Association's lifesaving work.

"The commitment to rehabilitate Long Island's wildlife is a shared passion for us all," said Shelley Berkoski.

"We have such a committed group of friends and neighbors who support our mission and do everything in their power to make the event a successful fundraiser for such a well-regarded and honored institution," said East End Hospice Board Member Carol Lee Nespole. "We could not do it without them" she added.

"The physical injuries may be healed now but there is still so much work to do. The children of Haiti need schools to have a hope for a brighter future. Only 50 percent go to school," Jonathan Nash Glynn said.

"I am extremely proud to be part of a program that provides local children the opportunity to reap the benefits of our wonderful sport," expressed Event Chairwoman, Bailey Thompson.

"On Long Island, we are hard at work restoring swimmable, fishable and drinkable waters -using science, cutting-edge technology, advocacy and public funding," explained Nancy Kelley.
