"Surfrider's One Ocean event brings together leaders from the surf, fashion, music and finance industries in local communities on both U.S. coasts to support clean water and healthy beaches," noted Dr. Chad Nelsen.
"Our gala benefit promises to be a very special one as we are honoring acclaimed changemakers in education and conservation," reflected Diana Aceti.

Ready for the second weekend of Fourth of July fun in the Hamptons?
Two notable Hamptons regulars hosted star-studded soirees.
"I grew up going to the Hamptons every summer since I was born," said Zoe. "That's where Rodger and I got engaged, and where Skyler and Kaius both went into the ocean for the first time. I've also celebrated almost every birthday and anniversary in the Hamptons since both are just before Labor Day."
"You won't find a fundraiser that's more laid back and gives you as fun much for $50," Nick Gazzolo said.
"I think it's really going to be the best Gala we've ever had at Bay Street and I can't wait to share it with all of the attendees," Schwartz told us.
"I can't wait to enjoy the music of the Beach Boys, Judy Collins and Diana Ross at this festive outdoor cocktail party on the lawn of Halsey House," Tom Edmonds said.
Independence Day falls on a Wednesday this year, which means you have two weekends to celebrate the Fourth of July.
