"Keeping Live Jazz ALIVE will shine a bright light on Jazz and showcase world-class musicians in their natural environment - before a live audience!" Claes Brondal said.
"Jean has been like a Joan of Arc for our Shelter," new Board President Clifton Knight told the room. "Without her support we would not be operating."
"The proceeds will be used for acquisitions for our historic sites: the Prosper King House, and the newly restored Canoe Place Chapel and Lyzon Hat Museum," explained Brenda Sinclair Berntson.
"I always wanted to get involved in a medical mission and have the opportunity to help those less fortunate than us," reflected Dr. Edna Kapenhas, Medical Director of the Ellen Hermanson Breast Center at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.
"It's a terrifically fun night out in January, where neighbors and friends come out to bring warm-hearted kindness and cheer to brighten the chilly month of January!" Brigid Collins said.
"I started writing almost on a fluke," she told us. "And I believed I had found my calling."
"The event GHBC will be hosting with us at their Peconic brewery location will be a fun opportunity for the public to learn more about the potential of kelp farming in our local waters, and how this may bring economic and environmental benefits to the region," Kim Barbour explained.
