
The Children’s Museum of the East End is a wonderful resource for the community. Their mission is “to spark imagination and foster learning for children of all backgrounds and abilities and to build strong connections within the East End community by providing playful experiences.” They will be hosting several upcoming events.
Saturday, November 19th at 10:30 am Dance Presentation with Boys and Girls Club of the Shinnecock Nation. A chance to learn about the culture of the Shinnecock Nation, listen to their traditional songs and join in movement!
For families with children of all ages, the event is free.

Saturday, November 26th Katharine Holabird presents “Angelina Ballerina”
Creator of the wildly popular Angelina Ballerina and Twinkle series of books, Ms. Holabird will treat kids and grownups to a reading brought to life with the help of an accomplished local dancer.
For families with children of all ages.
Free for members, $19 for non-members (includes admission to the museum).

Put on your shoes and celebrate what you’re thankful for by joining CMEE for a family dance party! Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and kids…everybody’s invited to strut their stuff and turkey trot under the Museum’s disco ball.

Saturday, December 3rd and 10th at 10am and 11:15 am Gingerbread House Decorating Workshops
Budding architects will choose their materials (vibrant and edible goodies from CMEE’s candy buffet), plan their designs, and decorate their own pre-built gingerbread houses. There are 2 workshops each day.
For families with children 2+ years.
