On Saturday, July 26, 2014, the East Hampton Ladies Village Improvement Society (LVIS) will host their annual fair in East Hampton. The family friendly fair will take place from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The fair is well regarded as one of the premier destinations each summer for all types of family fun. Activities include shopping for one of a kind vintage pieces under the vintage tent and also gorgeous plants for pots and gardens. LVIS will also host raffles and a Chinese auction. Local gourmet food will be served all day for the foodies who attend.
For the kids, there will be a carousel, petting zoo, pony rides, a toy sale, and mind boggling magic shows. To satisfy the simplest and most classic of food palettes, the fair will be serving up some delicious hot dogs and food treats.
At around 2 p.m., the clam bar will open up for guests. However, the fun does not stop at 4 p.m. (the fair’s scheduled closing), the Lions Club will join the Ladies Village Improvement Society at 95 Main Street for a barbeque. For those folks who would rather stay under the radar and out of the fray, an early barbeque takeout is available at 3 p.m. To make the night even more enjoyable, Job Potter and Friends will be playing live music.
LVIS is located at 95 Main Street in East Hampton. For more information on the fair, visit lvis.org.
