Hamptons Animal Shelter Chosen As Subaru Hometown Charity Benefactor

Late last year, Riverhead Bay Motors selected Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation (SASF) as their benefactor of the Hometown Charity campaign. During December 2014 and January 2015, anyone who bought or leased a Subaru could pick from a National Charity or Hometown Charity to donate a percentage of the proceeds to.

Anthony Mauro, General Manager of Riverhead Bay Motors, recently stopped by SASF to present the Hampton Bays-based shelter with a check for $4,724, the proceeds from the campaign. “It our pleasure to donate this money to such a deserving animal shelter,” said Mauro, after taking a personal tour of the facility.

“We are grateful for the continued support​ of ​Riverhead Bay Motors in choosing SASF for their Hometown Charity Event,” expressed SASF’s Executive Director, Patricia Gray.
