Hamptons Halloween Jack-o’-Lantern Contests, Trivia Nights, Virtual Performances And Other Celebrations

While many of the traditional East End All Hallows’ Eve festivities have been canceled this year, there are still plenty of fun ways to celebrate Halloween.

Rogers Memorial Library of Southampton is presenting a virtual all day Pumpkin Carving Demonstration on Thursday, October 29. There will be several opportunities to catch Guild Hall’s (158 Main Street, East Hampton) Stage Fright – four spine-chilling tales woven in the moonlight on All Hallows’ Eve. The East Hampton Historical Society is hosting its first annual Pumpkin Carving Contest at Mulford Farm (10 James Lane, East Hampton) on Friday, October 30. Entries must be dropped off between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., while the viewing is from 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The contest is open to adults (16+) and juniors (Under 15), in the categories of scariest pumpkin and most creative pumpkin.
