Guests gathered recently to kick off Stan Glinka’s campaign for Southampton Town Council at Edgewater Restaurant in Hampton Bays. The night was filled with cocktails, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and a full buffet along with overwhelming support from guests. Stan Glinka was born and raised in the Town of Southampton. After graduating with a BS in Business from Mount St. Mary’s College, he returned to his hometown of Southampton and began a career in local banking that has progressed to his current position as Vice President of Bridgehampton National Bank.
Stan’s personal life is devoted to community service, where he’s well know throughout the Township for his dedication as President of the Rogers Memorial Library Foundation, and a Director of Dominican Sisters Family Health Services. Along with the many positions that Stan Glinka holds, he also serves as President of the Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of the Rotary Club of Hampton Bays and as Treasurer for the Southampton Town Business Alliance and the Good Fellows of Suffolk County.
