Southampton Town Council Candidate Jeff Mansfield Hosts Fundraiser At Tiderunners In Hampton Bays

Candidate for Southampton Town Council, Jeff Mansfield, hosted a fundraising event at Tiderunners in Hampton Bays on Thursday, July 11 2013. The evening consisted of cocktails, dinner, live music, and a speech from candidate Mansfield.

Mansfield was officially endorsed by the Southampton Republicans, along with fellow candidate Stan Glinka on May 21st. With current Councilmen, Christopher Nuzzi and James Malone, reaching the end of their terms, The Southampton GOP hopes Mansfield and Glinka can win both seats over Democratic opponents Brad Bender and Frank Zappone. While this fundraiser was specifically for Jeff Mansfield, he made it clear throughout the evening that Glinka had his full support by posing with him for pictures and welcoming him on stage during his speech.

Mansfield was also joined by his family and various other supporters from the GOP party. David Betts, candidate for Highway Superintendent, Town Clerk Sundy Schermeyer, and Southampton GOP chairman Bill Wright were all present during the evening.
