Hedda Sterne (1911 - 2011) was a prolific artist whose long career intersected with some of the most important movements and figures of twentieth-century art. Her legendary space, frequented by some of the 20th century’s most prominent art figures and luminaries, still remains and hosts select art exhibitions and events.
