
Breath of Serenity–a Women’s Course in Transcendental Meditation®
This 4-day course will provide an environment that allows you to settle into your self, giving a taste of profound rest and inner happiness.
In this course, you will learn the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique, a simple and natural practice that many describe as bringing immediate relief from stress and tension. From the very first meditation, women experience how effortless TM feels—opening the door to greater clarity, calm, and well-being.
