Celebrating 49 years, ‘Reggae Ambassadors’, THIRD WORLD is one of the longest-lived Reggae bands of all time, and one of Jamaica’s most consistently popular crossover acts among international audiences.  Mixing in elements of R&B, funk, pop, and rock and, later on, dancehall and rap, Third World’s style has been described as “reggae-fusion”.

Third World is one of reggae’s most enduring and influential bands, earning 9 Grammy nominations and worldwide success with hits like Now That We Found Love, 96 Degrees in the Shade, and Try Jah Love. For more than four decades, the band has combined reggae’s cultural roots with a progressive international sound, building a loyal global fan base through sold-out tours and uplifting messages. Third World has toured and recorded with legends including Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Santana, U2, Sting, Whitney Houston, and many others, while performing on six continents at iconic venues and events. Their music has topped charts across the U.S., Europe, the UK, and Japan, earned platinum recognition in Japan, and helped secure honors such as the United Nations Peace Medal and numerous lifetime achievement awards worldwide.

Montauk General Store Puts Down Roots, One Matcha Latte at a Time

There’s a stop on my Montauk map, and it might be my new favorite.

Montauk General Store just opened its first permanent storefront at 805 Montauk Highway, and walking in felt like stepping into a memory I didn’t know I had. Think ’80s Malibu surf shack meets midcentury design, driftwood textures, stainless steel finishes, and vintage coastal Americana all layered together in the most effortless way.

Where Fine Jewelry Meets Everyday Joy with Stephanie Gottlieb

The designs themselves are intentionally versatile, and the personal part comes from the person wearing it. Some clients customize a piece, some choose a meaningful gemstone or charm, and others simply make it their signature. I love creating jewelry that gives people the opportunity to make it their own.
