“I’m excited to get back in the saddle after a long winter, and have a chance to work with all the local purveyors and fisherman to showcase what we do,” said Eric Miller, Chef and co-owner of Bay Kitchen Bar. “Offering diners the best of the South Fork’s bounty of fresh fish and vegetables is what our restaurant is made of.”
The latest venture from Miller and co-owner Richard Silver, Bay Kitchen Bar, is set to open on Thursday, April 17. The grand opening will feature a sunset happy hour overlooking Three Mile Harbor with $1 oysters.
The East Hampton location of the new seafood eatery takes advantage of picturesque views with both indoor and outdoor seating. The sea-to-table cuisine created by Miller and Chef de Cuisine Keith Rennie will feature East Coast classics sourced from local clammers, lobsterers, and fisheries. Start your meal with freshly caught, lite bites from the Raw Bar menu. Continue the culinary journey with either additional fish and shellfish options like Seared Montauk Tuna or try one of the meat and poultry dishes like Spit Roasted Long Island Duck. Fresh seasonal vegetable harvest accompany each entree.
