This year, Dr. Oz and Lisa Oz, Geoffrey Zakarian, and Dominique Ansel will be featured in a Sunday morning discussion, hosted by Florence Fabricant.
The series will kickoff with Geoffrey Zakarian on Sunday August 2nd at 11 a.m. The chef, author, restaurateur, and television personality’s culinary journey began at Le Cirque, where he took his first job in a professional kitchen. Zakarian can currently be seen on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America,” “The Best Thing I Ever Ate,” “The Best Thing I Ever Made,” the 5th season of “The Next Iron Chef,” and “The Kitchen.”
The conversations will continue with Dr. Oz and Lisa Oz on Sunday, August 16th at 11 a.m. After appearing as a health expert on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” for five years, Dr. Mehmet Oz was given his own talk show, “The Dr. Oz Show.” The hour-long program takes a look at viewers’ health-and-wellness concerns, with no topic off limits.
The programming will culminate on Sunday, August 30th at 11 a.m., with Dominique Ansel, the chef and owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City. The James Beard Award winner might be best known for his creation of the Cronut™, a croissant and doughnut hybrid. He is also the creator of Frozen S’more, Magic Soufflé, Cookie Shot, and Waffle Affogato.
