This summer, Lexi Ritsch and Louisa Young, founders of Hamptons Aristocrat, are launching Farm-to-Fete, Delivered, a food delivery service that offers ready-to-eat, farm-to-table organic meals.
“We started this company because as many we knew that so many Hamptons weekenders work all week and wait all winter to enjoy their summer homes in the Hamptons, these are the weekenders who fight the Friday afternoon traffic week in and week out,” shared Lexi Ritsch and Louisa Young of Farm-to-Fete. “They would arrive to the Hamptons after 6 p.m., open their dark home, toss their suit cases on the floor and say ‘what now.'”

The new Farm-to-Fete offering will allow customers to order local and organic feasts that can be delivered to absolutely anywhere in the Hamptons – even the beach – with just 36 hours notice. Menus that cater to smaller get-togethers such as an intimate dinner for four all the way up grand gatherings of up to 500 people will be available. For the more extravagant events, staffing is also available. Dishes will feature ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors such as Amber Waves Farm, Browders Birds, Cor Js, Good Water Farms, The Green Thumb, Feisty Acres, Rustic Roots Delivery and more.
Single Feasts (meals for one or two) are also an option, as is Farm-to-Pantry for those not fond of grocery shopping. “Not only can we meet any hosting and event need of our clients, we also offer a very intimate service of feeding small groups and families to help them ease into the weekend,” they explained.

Farm-to-Fete’s goal is to provide conveniently available clean, Hamptons Eating without any fuss. “Since originally creating this service to accommodate the need to simplify entertaining at home, we’re excited to expand our menu to hors d’oeuvres and wedding packaging, all in this format,” added Ritsch and Young. “Saving you time, money, and the frustrating task of vetting personal chefs and having strangers in your home and planning weeks in advance to simply entertain your guests at your beautiful home.”
