The return of Jue Lan Club will mark the Hamptons debut of Sushi by Bou – who will have a summer residency at the popular upscale Chinese restaurant. Chef David Bouhadana, who was named 30 Under 30 Zagat, and partners Michael Sinensky and Erika London from FB Hospitality Group are bringing the popular New York City omakase spot east for the summer.

“It’s been a dream of ours to bring one of our concepts out east but we never had a brand that we felt meshed well with the amazing people that travel to the Hamptons or are from there,” reflected Sinensky. “So to say we are excited would be an understatement to have our passion project take part in this season’s festivities.”
Open seasonally Wednesday to Sunday, for lunch and dinner, patrons can choose either a $100, 60-minute chef’s choice experience at night or $50, 30-minute offering during lunchtime.
“Like we do in our NYC locations, we will be offering only the best and most fresh fish out east to only 8 patrons per seating,” Sinensky noted. “Patrons can expect our insta-famous 12 piece 30-minute omakase for lunch for $50 but our dinner will be an hour-long format with 15 seasonal courses for $100.”
In addition to the Hamptons pop up, Sushi by Bou can be found at The Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, and at Jue Lan Club’s Chelsea outpost.
“Expect to see our Chef and partner David Bouhadana as well as our head Mixologist Joshua Batista all summer long. Reservations are a must and text only 631-408-8339,” Sinensky added. “So with that said, Sushi By Bou will be summer’ing in the Hamptons at the Jue Lan Club.”
Sushi by Bou at Jue Lan Club will be open from Wednesday, May 23 through Monday, September 3.
