Grazie is bringing its beloved dishes to the Hamptons this summer.

The Manhattan-based eatery, which is known for its innovative dishes and delectable Italian fare, has launched “Grazie At Home In The Hamptons” – a series of curated catering boxes. Options will encompass brunch, dinner and/or dessert. Featured dishes are prepped ahead of time and boxes include instructions on reheating, roasting, and assembling.
The Pasta Dinner features a choice of salad and pasta that is fully cooked and ready to be reheated in the oven. Options include Orecchiette with Sausage, Spinach Sun-dried Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Garlic and Oil; Pasta Bolognese Topped with Fresh Mozzarella; and Fusilli Primavera with Summer Vegetables, Capers, Garlic, Light Tomato Sauce and Shaved Parmesan. The Grill Box is filled with all the fixings for a BBQ. Options include 4 Sirloin Burgers Seasoned and Ready to Grill; 4 Turkey Burgers Italian Seasoned and Ready to Grill; Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic; Local Asparagus Ready to Roast or Grill; Potato Rolls; Sliced Cheddar Cheese; Sliced Mozzarella; Lettuce, Tomato, Sautéed Onions; and Ketchup, Special Grazie Burger Sauce. The Seafood Box includes a choice of salad, seafood and a side. Seafood is delivered raw and prepped for patrons to roast in the oven, and sides are served fully cooked and ready to heat. Options include Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Oregano, Pepper, Tomatoes, artichokes; Norwegian Salmon with Mustard Sauce; Chilean Sea Bass with Artichoke, Capers and Breadcrumb Crust; and Shrimp Scampi with Garlic, Olive Oil, Capers, Butter. The Brunch Box boasts all the items necessary to whip up tasty breakfast burritos with pancakes and fruit on the side. Options include Dozen Eggs, Flour Tortillas, Tomato, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Fluffy Pancakes ready to heat, 1 lb. Nitrate Free Bacon, Fresh Fruit Salad, Maple Syrup, and Nutella. The Dessert Box is packed with an array of sweets, all served in a 6 X 8 tray. Options include Homemade Tiramisu, Grazie’s Nutella S’mores (ready to bake), Raspberry Crumble, Blondies, Brownies, and Key Lime Pie.
Boxes will range from $150 to $225. You can also add on wine, champagne, and various desserts to each box.
Grazie will be adding special boxes throughout the season. Deliveries will take place on Friday’s all summer long.
