Highway Restaurant & Bar in East Hampton is once again showcasing sushi from Chef Ry Nitzkowski.
“We’re excited to be offering new take-out and delivery options for the summer that highlight our chefs’ top skills,” the Highway team shared. “That’s why we are so excited to bring back our beloved Sushi offering and to introduce pizza from our new wood burning oven.”
The Highway Beach Sushi & Fish Market will feature take-out/delivery options that include a fresh selection of sushi specialty rolls (Spicy Tuna, $20 or Fluke or Yuzu, Kosho and Cucumber, $16), signature Japanese dishes (Japanese Fried Chicken, $20, Lobster & Tomato Salad, $40 and Wagyu, $50), Omakase (pre-order only and limited availability, 12 pieces, 2 rolls, $140), select Japanese whiskeys by the bottle (Yamazaki 12 year, $200), cocktails and sake (Yuzu Margarita, $15 or Manzairaku, Yamahai Junmai Sake, $50), and weekly fillets by the pound (Fresh Local Fluke, $35 or Toro Steaks for grilling, $75)
“While we cant welcome our family of customers into our space yet, we are constantly working on giving the best offer and Highway experience possible,” the Highway team added. “Soon, we will offer garden seating and new summer menus.”
Highway Beach Sushi & Fish Market offerings will be available Friday through Sunday, with more days to follow later in the summer. Highway’s takeout/delivery is available seven days a week. Highway will also be expanding its at-home experiences with large format options that can be customized.
